Ways to get in touch
Free consultation
Sessions
Online by video, 45 minutes each
What happens when you get in touch
Here is what the process looks like from the first call onward, so you know what to expect at each stage.
Book a free consultation
Choose a time that suits you on the booking page. The call lasts 15 minutes, costs nothing and does not commit you to further sessions.
Talk about what is going on
You explain what has brought you here in your own words. There is no need to prepare anything or know the right terms. You can also ask how therapy works and what sessions involve.
Agree on the next step
Together we look at whether the services here match what you need, and if they do, which one suits you best. You can take time to think it over before booking.
Start sessions or get a referral
If you want to continue, you book 45-minute sessions online. If your needs would be better met elsewhere, I will tell you honestly and point you to someone who can help.
What if Khud Aagahi is not the right support for you?
Not every concern is best handled in online sessions with a psychologist. Some people need a psychiatrist who can assess whether medication would help. Others need in-person care, or a specialist who focuses on one particular area.
If your concern is outside what I offer, I will tell you during the consultation and suggest a professional or service that can help. The consultation is free either way.
- Is therapy or counselling better for what I am going through?
- How do online sessions work?
- What happens in the first full session?
- If this is not the right service for me, who could help?
Before you book
Sessions are online

What you share stays private
Your consultation and your sessions are confidential. You decide how much you share, and when.
You speak to a clinical psychologist

Contact and booking questions
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first call is a free 15-minute consultation. There is no charge for it and no obligation to book sessions afterwards.
How long are therapy sessions?
Each session lasts 45 minutes and takes place online by video.
What if I do not know what kind of help I need?
That is what the consultation is for. You describe what is going on, and together we work out whether individual therapy or counselling makes more sense, or whether another service would suit you better.
What happens if my concern is outside what you offer?
I will tell you during the consultation and, where possible, refer you to a professional or service better suited to your needs.
Can I ask a question before booking?
Yes. You can email khudaaghai@gmail.com or send a message on WhatsApp. If none of the times on the booking page suit you, a message is the best way to arrange another time.
Can I get in touch about my child?
Yes. Support for Parents is online counselling for parents of neurodivergent children, with sessions focused on you as the parent. Teenagers can also come for individual therapy or counselling, and children who can communicate and are willing to take part online can have sessions on their communication skills.
